Nail your business plan for a successful yeaR
Before the holiday break, step back from day-to-day operations and build a clear, practical plan for 2027.
Facilitated by Clayton Treloar of Integral Business Consultants, this hands-on workshop will help you:
- Review what worked, and what didn’t, in 2026
- Set clear, realistic goals for the year ahead
- Identify the priorities that will actually move your business forward
- Turn your plan into actions you can start in January
- Leave with a business plan you’ll use, not one that sits in a drawer
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is designed for business owners, leaders and professionals who are navigating change, considering their next stage of growth, or simply want to become more confident and courageous in the way they lead.
Meet your facilitator - Clayton Treloar
Most business planning advice comes from people who’ve never had to make payroll, open a new location or turn around a struggling network. Clayton Treloar has done all of it.
Clayton has sat on both sides of the table, as a franchisee and as a franchisor. He spent seven years as Australian CEO of Mail Boxes Etc, part of a global network of 2,800 locations. He went on to lead Harcourts’ Western Australian real estate network as CEO. He holds the Certified Franchise Executive qualification, a demanding global credential, and judges the Excellence in Franchising Awards for the Franchise Council of Australia. That means he has spent years assessing what separates thriving businesses from the rest.
Now with Integral Business Consultants, Clayton helps business owners cut through the noise and focus on what actually drives growth. In this workshop, he’ll share the practical planning approach he has used across real estate, retail and franchising. You’ll leave with a plan you can start acting on in January.
